During this program, when we work on nutrition we look at specific foods and ways of eating that are nonrestrictive but fulfilling, satisfying and delicious so you don’t feel like you are constantly thinking about your next meal and you don’t feel like you are always cravings forbidden food once you learn how to fuel your body with nourishing foods.
When you discover the balanced approach of eating, it simply becomes an easy lifestyle change, no more yo yo dieting which means no more up and downs with weight and no more uncontrollable food cravings.
The way you treat your body through binge eating, emotional eating, overeating, yo-yo dieting and other self-destructive behaviours develops low self esteem and a poor body image.
